Description

The Engineering Design Team (EDT) PCIe8 DVa C-Link is a Camera Link frame grabber designed for high-resolution image capture from CCD and CMOS digital video cameras. It accommodates one full-, one medium-, or up to two base-mode cameras via its two MDR 26-pin connectors.

Key Features:

• Interface: Fits into any 8- or 16-lane PCI Express slot. ​

• Data Transfer: Captures and displays images in real time, with speed, resolution, and buffer capacity limited only by host bandwidth and memory.

• Triggering and Control: Supports standard mode control lines, includes an onboard UART for camera control, and offers external trigger inputs.

• Power over Camera Link (PoCL): Provides PoCL support.

• Optional Features: Offers backpanel LEMO connector for external triggering, IRIG-B timecode input for precise timestamping, and up to 1GB DDR2 memory for high-speed image storage.
