Ealing Triangular Bench Carrier 65mm

This is a combination of two items. The first is a medium-width carrier for the triangular optical bench (65mm wide and 100mm deep). Fixed to the carrier is an unusual part for which I could not find a catalog number. It is a pin holder that is hinged so the component may easily be swung out of the optical path. The pivot is very substantial and precise to enable the part to be swung back into place. There is a clamp screw to secure the holder if desired.

The bore for the pin is the Ealing standard 13.7mm. There is an eccentric groove milled opposite the clamp screw that allows precise clamping of pins down to 10mm in diameter.

Condition of the carrier and swing-out pin holder are excellent.
