B&L Rotating Focus Mount ER for StereoZoom

$75.00

The B&L ‘ER-Arm’ is distinguished by its ability to allow rotation of a stereo microscope body about its optic axis. The rack & pinion focus drive is attached to various microscope stands via a pin on the back of the drive housing – the pin may be set at any angle from straight down to straight up.

This arm is especially suited to the larger boom type stands where the ability to rotate the pod is helpful as the boom is moved to various points over a specimen. The rotation feature precludes the port for a Nicholas illuminator.

These arms are of the gray color and therefore represent the earliest generation of instruments. All have been checked for proper operation and function. Most show some minor signs of use, but in general are in very good cosmetic condition. They are exceptionally well made.
